Parth Kalaria
Parth earned his JD from Columbia University as a James Kent Scholar and received his BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin’s Business Honors Program. His legal experience spans both BigLaw and boutique firms, giving him a rare balance of technical precision and business practicality. Parth advises clients across a variety of transactional matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, healthcare, and real estate. Outside work, he enjoys DFW’s food scene, stand-up comedy, and live music.
Emily (Nguyen) Kalaria
Emily earned her JD from Southern Methodist University’s (SMU) Dedman School of Law and holds an MS in Accounting and a BBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business. Her practice draws on experience from both BigLaw and the Big Four, providing clients with expertise in navigating complex tax statutes, crafting tailored estate plans, and understanding commercial realities. Outside work, she trades legal strategy for race strategy, closely following Formula 1 and having attended seven Grand Prix races—Forza Ferrari!
