For Parth, the business of healthcare is deeply personal. Growing up in a family with multiple physicians, he saw firsthand the endless sacrifices required to care for patients—and the immense challenges that come with managing and eventually selling a practice. When his father, a cardiologist, navigated a complex private equity acquisition, Parth saw the process from a client’s perspective, informing the way he advises clients of Kalaria Law.
